Harvesting Sunshine 2024

Camper Details 

• Camper check in is at 10am, and camper pickup is at 6pm. 
• The cost to attend this event is $125. Respite funds with contracted counties may be used to pay for this event. 
• Registration is open now! You can sign up to be part of this event by logging into your Camp Doc account by clicking this link.  
• If you attended our 2024 Summer Camp sessions, your application information is saved but we still need you to register for this event and review your application.". Please review the information and confirm that it is accurate. It shouldn’t take long! PLEASE prioritize updating all medical information and medications to be as accurate as possible, and sign all required waivers.
• New camper applications close on September 12, and returning camper applications close on September 20

 Volunteer and Counselor Details 

• The time frame for counselors to commit to is 9am-6pm. 
• We are inviting both counselors and leadership to sign up for this event as a counselor that will be paired 1:1 with a camper! We will not be using CampDoc to sign up using this Google form. Please note that filling out this form is a FULL commitment to be at the event! 
• ​Bring a friend! We are inviting each of you to bring up to 2 friends who have never been to Camp Sunshine to join you in your pairing group with your assigned camper! Any friend that would like to join you can fill out the same form linked above. Again, note that the form is a FULL commitment to attend, so please only have them fill out the form once they are fully committed!
